1. 1Open the ABCA patient portalRegistration is handled by the District's Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration, not by a doctor's office.
2. 2Confirm you're 21 or older and self-certifyYou state that you'll use cannabis for medical purposes. No physician's recommendation, no medical records, no appointment.
3. 3Upload your ID and proof of DC residencyA government photo ID, plus something like a lease or utility bill showing your DC address.
4. 4Shop as soon as you're approvedYour digital registration is free and lasts two years. A printed card is optional and costs $10.
